The menu features high quality ingredients flown in from Italy, and dishes are mostly well executed. You can’t go wrong with rich, creamy burrata paired with sweet, juicy San Marzano tomatoes, a scattering of basil leaves and a splash of Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. A simple Italian classic, it perfectly showcases the freshness of the ingredients used here.
Other standouts include a handmade agnolotti: each parcel is filled with 24-hour marinated oxtail and accompanied by a mild celeriac puree. Mains-wise, the 12 hours slow-cooked US prime beef short ribs are tender, moist and full of flavour. The cubes of beef are partnered with veal reduction and seasonal vegetables like Romanesco broccoli and artichokes.
To pair with your meal, there is an extensive selection of New and Old World wines by the glass plus over 200 premium Italian labels to choose from.
