Dr Chan Kok Weng & Elaine Lim-Chan co-host dinner at Capella Singapore’s Chef’s Table

A Thursday night filled with fun, friends and lots of laughter. Last week, we invited Dr Chan Kok Weng & Elaine Lim-Chan to co-host our 5th installation of the G&T Gastronomic Series with Chef’s Table at Capella Singapore featuring a specially crafted 6 course dinner prepared à la minute by Chef David Nicolas Senia, paired with Capella’s very own rum connotation – Navengante.
