Following two successful editions, The Peak Circle Welcome Dinner returned on 24 August 2022. Close to 20 new members were inducted into The Peak Circle, a vibrant by-invitation community of next generation thought and business leaders with the power to shape conversations and influence how we live, how we think, and how we consume in 2022 and well beyond. The members hail from a diverse range of industries, from financial services, food tech, software to consulting.
The members were warmly welcomed by Lauren Tan, Editor-in-Chief of The Peak at Flutes Restaurant in National Museum Singapore.
Over a boisterous dinner, conversation and laughter flowed freely as members exchanged thoughts on a wide range of topics, from catching up on updates from their respective businesses to how their industries are adapting to a new set of challenges in a post-pandemic world.
They tucked into an scrumptious four-course dinner whipped up by Peter Rollinson, executive chef of Flutes, which serves exquisite modern European cuisine. Dishes included King George Whiting Fillet from the Corner Inlet in Australia served with celeriac and hazelnuts, Sher Wagyu Striploin with warm sweetcorn salad, Huitlacoche mustard and Manjimup truffle red wine jus. The night ended on a sweet note with donuts accompanied by raspberry, cream cheese mousse and coconut.
Each member of The Peak Circle got to bring home a personalised glass coaster, which is crafted by homegrown glass company Synergraphic.
