NCO Club at JW Marriott South Beach is offering cocktails to-go from two of the craft cocktail bars under its roof: Madame Fan Bar, and Cool Cats. Expect a range of tipples inflected with Oriental flavours from the former, and jazz-inspired creations from the latter – like the pictured Boogie Woogie, a spin on an Old Fashioned with bourbon, coconut, sugar, and bitters. Also available is their Dim Sum, Drink Sum set, which comes with 5 types of dim sum and 3 cocktails – perfect for a boozy brunch. The popular cocktail bar will be offering a large portion of their menu for takeaway, including their Clear Old Fashioned — a colourless, crystalline take on the classic, made possible with a rotovap. Takeaway drinks come in glass bottles, complete with garnishes on the side. E-vouchers with no expiry date are also available for purchase. Full takeaway menu here. In support of the local bar industry, spirits company William Grant & Sons (which owns brands like Glenfiddich and Hendrick’s) has launched its 1887 Virtual Bar. The programme features featuring regional brand ambassadors Brett Bayly and Charmaine Thio, as well as a rotating guest shift of some of Singapore’s best bars – who will be demonstrating cocktails that you can replicate at home. A relatively new entrant in the cocktail delivery scene, the three-year-old L.A.B.inc recently rolled out delicious, ready-to-drink cocktails in pouches. These hand-crafted martinis come in three tropical flavours – Lychee Martini, Passion Teani and Lemongrass Cooler. Warning: they pack quite the kick, but taste oh so good. To order, head over to Gain Brands. While guests are unable to experience the awe-inspiring interiors of Atlas, their food and beverage offerings are available for delivery and takeaway – including their popular afternoon tea, as well as cocktail flights and martini kits. Individual cocktails like the Grand Palais – American gin, sage-infused dry vermouth, greek herbal liqueur, and apricot – are also available. There’s also an extensive menu with a range of charcuterie, and mains like steak frites – so dinner and drinks are both sorted from the same place. Regent Hotel’s Manhattan has drinks from its New York Personified menu (we like the savoury, bourbon-based Milkorno) in 100ml and 700ml formats. You can also get stuff from their rickhouse – subject to what’s currently being aged. The bar’s infamously boozy weekend brunches can now also happen in your home – the set for two comes with assorted bagels with schmears, cold cuts, seafood, roasts, and a kit for bottomless Bloody Marys. Other concepts from Regent Hotel are also available in the eStore. Look out for the award-winning bar’s Daily Offer, which offers for delivery their in-venue specials like an Oysters & Champagne package (a dozen oysters and two bottles of “R” de Ruinart Champagne) as well as the Friday Gin & Tonic and Seafood, which comes with a seafood platter, three gins, and six bottles of London Essence tonic. Shangri-la Hotel Singapore’s Origin Bar has a concise selection of bottled cocktails from their extensive rum programme, including the Smoke for Sinners – made with Havana Club 7-year-old, pomegranate molasses, star anise, Mancino Rosso Amaranto. Meanwhile, for a good idea of their in-house rum aging programme, try the chocolate rum Negro – which is made with Havana Club 7-year-old aged further in a vessel of chocolate. A wide range of other food from Shangri-la’s various F&B concepts are also available in their eStore. Launched in time for the current dine-in restrictions, Pony X collects drinks from the various Jigger & Pony Group concepts and makes them available in bottle form. This includes Gibson’s delicious Mango PX, a combination of fortified homemade mango wine and Bruichladdich Classic Laddie Whisky; as well as the heady Bamboo from Live Twice, made with T&T Vodka, Mancino Bianco, fino sherry, St Germain, and shochu. Unlike the core Pony line – which are formulated to be shelf-stable – these drinks are best drunk on the same day of order, although the two-pour bottles give no reason for you to be holding on to any. Cocktails will change regularly. Sandos from Live Twice (try the ebi and corn), various snacks, and desserts are also available. The award-winning bar has a selection of classics like The Torrents of Spring, a mix of glutinous rice cooked mezcal, wild turkey, amaro nonino, Campari, pom-beet shrub, and charcoal; as well as newer creations like a sea buckthorn negroni – all available in 250ml bottles, which are good for two generously-sized drinks. Want a beer? The Campari vs Small Monster Session IPA is a juicy, flavour-packed affair. There’s also a selection of burgers, hot dogs, and fries – try the Ramly-style double beef burger.NCO Club

5 Tips for a better drinking experience at home:
- Miss those dense, crystal-clear ice cubes used by the best cocktail bars in the country? You can order the same ice from Tuck Lee. Still got to carve them into diamonds yourself though.
- Invest in proper glassware. The correct drinking vessel will very measurably enhance your experience with wine, cocktails, or even beer.
- For cocktails – chill those glasses. If you have a dedicated fridge for beverages, do it in that to avoid off-odours tainting your glass.
- Drinking should be social – get on a conference call with friends and family!
