New to the festive line-up this year is the Enchanting Sauteed Spaghetti with Fresh Prawns and Taro Cream – a dish that reimagines pasta with a purple Asian twist (above, left). For those who appreciate a culinary adventure, the Charcoal Fried Chicken paired with Dragon Fruit Dip (above, centre), and the Sticky Toffee Chicken glazed with a rich Prune Caramel (above, right) offer a modern take on holiday favourites.

Every memorable party has a talking point, and what better than a dreamy centrepiece that captivates and caters?
Orange Clove’s limited-edition Christmas Wreath Splendour is one such culinary masterpiece. Adorned with an array of gourmet selections including artisanal sliced meats, an assortment of fine cheeses, and an opulent mix of nuts and fruit, the 28-inch creation is a feast for the eyes as much as the palate. It serves 30 guests.
Seafood lovers will revel in the Gifts of the Sea Cold Platter which features an array of deep-sea delicacies such as crayfish, scallops on shell and snapper ceviche; while the Lush Grill Medley is sure to gratify those who favour the rich, smoky flavours of meats including the Classic Roast Grain-fed Beef Tenderloin (1kg), a Holiday Sausage Platter and Furikake-crusted Whole Salmon Fillet Paired with Rich Matcha Creme (1.2kg). The Epicurean Cheese and Charcuterie Platter is an exquisite addition, featuring a curated selection of cheeses and sliced meats – all served up in pretty boxes.
