The luxury development, set for completion in 2021 is a first for Aston Martin and it has gone into the venture in partnership with G and G Business Developments.
The tower, designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger, aims to be a truly landmark property. Its address – 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way – highlights that it is being built on one of the very few parcels of downtown Miami waterfront land still available for development. Once finished, it will offer 391 condominiums with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic, plus seven penthouses and one duplex penthouse each with their own private pool and secluded terrace.
And Aston is doing more than simply adding its branding to the building. Its Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman plus his design team will be in charge of designing the building’s interior, from its carbon fiber reception desks to its doors with Aston Martin bespoke handles plus copious use of the special leather hides usually reserved for their hand-build GT cars.
Of the new venture, Simon Sproule, Aston Martin Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, said: “Aston Martin is on a growth trajectory globally and across the United States. Our partnership with G&G Business Developments to create Aston Martin Residences Miami, forms an important part of that growth story and of our desire to bring our brand to new audiences across the world.”

Though this will represent the marque’s first foray into architecture, the company is no stranger to brand extension. In recent years it has designed luxury yachts and a submarine and has also unofficially undertaken a number of interior and exterior design projects through its department Q bespoke service when buyers of bespoke Aston Martins want their homes and their furnishings to more closely reflect their latest automotive showpiece.
“This development has been extremely well received,” said German Coto, CEO of G andG Business Developments. “I am confident we will deliver on our promise to create the ultimate residential tower and I’m looking forward to admiring the view from the top of this special building when it is complete.”
As for prices, a one-bedroom apartment is tentatively valued at US$600,000 (S$815,000) while penthouses are expected to start at the US$50 million (S$68 million) mark.
