[dropcap size=small]B[/dropcap]eat jet lag with the Neuroon, a smart sleep mask created by Polish-American startup Inteliclinic. The mask is able to analyse human sleep by monitoring brain waves and improves sleep efficiency with Bright Light Therapy – exposing one’s eyes to safe and short light bursts to regulate melatonin levels and reduce sleepiness.
The Neuroon also comes with a mobile app, which controls it via Bluetooth, and is available on both the Apple App store and Google Play store.
