The mask is able to analyse human sleep by monitoring brain waves and improves sleep efficiency with Bright Light Therapy – exposing one’s eyes to safe and short light bursts to regulate melatonin levels and reduce sleepiness.

The Neuroon also comes with a mobile app, which controls it via Bluetooth, and is available on both the Apple App store and Google Play store.
