US furniture company Herman Miller pulled the Eames fibreglass shell chair from the market in the 1970s due to environmental concerns with the material used. After reintroducing it in recyclable polypropylene in 2004, the company has now gone back to fibreglass, only this time, it is recyclable and produces no harmful emissions. Retaining the original colours and textures, the latest version comes with a choice of rocker, dowel leg or stacking bases. Available at Xtra, #01-01 Park Mall
