Home to a couple and their two kids, this 4-storey terrace in Luxus Hill Drive is a study in luxe living. The owners, who moved in in January this year, approached Adrian Heng from Spaceone Interior Design Consultancy wanting a modern luxury hotel feel. They also wanted a walk-in wardrobe, and requested extra attention to the details.

To fulfill the design brief, Adrian took on the task of creating custom furnishings for the home. This included the modular sofa in the living room, the coffee table, dining table with an Italian top, and even the throws and bed runner for the master bedroom.

In the living and dining area, a mirror-and-marble feature wall spans the length of the living and dining rooms for an enhanced sense of spaciousness. The modular sofa was customised with bespoke cushions, and the sculptural coffee table was also custom-made with concealed drawers on all sides for extra storage. To balance out the profile of the living room, Adrian added the Shell Chair by Hans J. Wegner as an accent. The highlight of the dining room is undoubtedly the contemporary chandelier, whose unusual shape throws starry reflections on the ceiling and visually increases the height of the room. The dining table sitting beneath it was also customised with a top by Italian brand EDL Compact and a matching laminate frame.
