[dropcap size=small]H[/dropcap]otel and leisure company Belmond has partnered up with Australian restaurateur and chef-owner of Salt Grill & Skybar Luke Mangan for train trips aboard the Belmond Eastern & Oriental Express in Asia. The three-day, two-night journey begins in Singapore, where guests are invited to join on Mangan a morning market tour, before boarding the train towards Malaysia and Thailand. The chef and his Singapore-based team will serve up specially created menus from the train’s galley kitchens to the 82 guests in the dining car.
