Wild Rocket chef rolls out his ready-to-eat Roxy Laksa, infused with flavours of yesteryear.
This year, Wild Rocket’s chef-owner Willin Low unveiled his Roxy Laksa product, and modern French eatery, Restaurant Lerouy. In 2018, he will launch a new restaurant in Niseko.
He even struck up a friendship with the owner, having patronised the stall since he was 5.
