01: Podium Lounge
Singapore’s most-anticipated Formula 1 party is set to out-do last year’s party with a bang. From 15 to 17 September, guests will get up close with professional race driver Giancarlo Fisichella. Fisichella, alongside Maria Rahajeng (E! News Asia host and Miss Universe Indonesia 2014), will be hosting and taking over the DJ podium. The party will also set the stage for the debut showcase of WingsOverAsia’s newest Diamond DA 40 private jet at a specially created outdoor VIP experience. Guests can also get up close with the Aventador S and Huracan Coupe sports cars as well as a million dollar showcase of rare whiskies from The B28 Whisky Fund.
Starting from 8 September, 1-Altitude is pushing out a 10-day long slew of parties featuring international DJs, Loudgarden and Madison Mars. Find exclusive cocktails from Heineken, Johnnie Walker and Martini specially crafted with Formula 1 enthusiasts in mind. 1-Altitude boasts a 360-degree view and one of the best vantage points of the street circuit. But if you want to get up close with the cars, check out the life-sized Martini Racing replica at A.L.T. Cafe & Bar.
Atlas Bar will be joining the festivities from 15 to 18 September with mix sets from DJ’s FAH, Daryl C and William J, done in collaboration with local electric music label, Darker Than Wax. A note to those looking for late-night bites: the usual food and drinks menu will be available throughout the weekend and Atlas will keep their doors open on Sunday, 17 September. Best of all, there’s no cover charge or minimum spend requirements. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
Here’s something different from jazz spot Monti. The restaurant’s jazz lounge will be transformed into a dance floor and playing beats from Djs Just Mack, Orio & Roco, and KFC on 15 September, from 10pm till late. Ticket prices start from $40++ for general admission to $160++ per person with 2 hours free flow of Veuve Cliquot champagne and other house pours. Consider getting a table if you’re planning to party the night away.
05: Boudoir Blanc
Boudoir Blanc will be debuting its first ever track-side after party at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Each night features a different theme: ‘Fantasy Land’ on 16 September and ‘Twilight Zone’ on 17 September. Guests will be treated to The Clifford Pier’s range of Asian and Western bites, Taittinger champagne and a selection of cocktails from Maison Ikkoku and new private member’s club, 1880. There’s also burlesque performances (including the debut of ex-Moulin Rouge Fallon Dee), cabaret and live DJ sets from Klingande, DJ Erok (Red Bull racing team), DJ Lead (resident entertainment director of the soon-to-be-opened 1OAK Toyko) and Patrick Oliver.
06: Smoke and Mirrors
For one night only, Smoke & Mirrors will be opening their doors to the public over F1 weekend on 15 September with a selection of Martini cocktails. The indoor lounge is priced at $98++ per person and includes three free drinks from a selection of house wine, draft beer, Lanson Champagne and Aperol Spumante cocktails. Limited outdoor tables are still available with a minimum spend per person of $128++.
