Dutch designer Kiki van Eijk created the green desk and mirror for Italian furniture brand Exto, with the intention of showcasing high-quality Italian craft with a sculptural design that accentuates angular lines. The furniture set is functional, and also an art piece in its own right!
Renowned designer Patricia Urquiola was inspired by the idea of breaking down structures when designing the Band collection of chairs for European furniture brand Kettal. The result is a design that combines repetitive angular shapes and showcases the materials used including aluminium, teak, fabric and leather.
Kettal’s Band collection comprises a dining chair and armchair, www.kettal.com.
