[dropcap size=small]F[/dropcap]requent business travellers to Singapore now have another option to check into for luxe long-term stays. Mercedes-Benz has lent its name and design expertise to nine terraced suites operated by serviced-apartment provider Fraser Hospitality. This is the German company’s second venture with Fraser after teaming up for similar hotel residences in Kensington, London.

In Capri by Fraser, Changi City, guests are immersed in design elements from the Mercedes-Benz S-Class coupe –the bed, sofa and bench include leather from the car’s seats and the chandeliers use the Swarovski crystals found in the S-Class’s headlights. Guests are picked up from the airport in an S or E class and have access to the brand’s Trek bicycles and AMG Simulator.

But it’s not the masculine look of the residences or arrival perks that bowled over Frasers Hospitality CEO Choe Peng Sum at the recent launch of Mercedes- Benz Living @ Fraser. He says, with not inconsiderable glee: “I want to take the stereo system home!”

Rates start from $400++ per night. For more information, visit www.capribyfraser.com.
