On 8 November 2020, Restaurant Art presented the sophomore edition of the Alba White Truffle Benefit Dinner, an exclusive experience featuring fine Italian gastronomy and wines. Guests from five countries – Grinzane Cavour, Dubai, Hong Kong, Moscow, and Singapore – came together virtually to bid for this year’s finest white truffle specimens, where proceeds from the auction went to charity. The total proceeds of the 2020 Alba White Truffle World Auction amounted to 482,000 euro.

For Singapore, all proceeds from the dinner and auction went to Foodsteps, a local food charity for underprivileged primary school children.

Michelin Chef-Owner Beppe De Vito of Restaurant Art and newly-appointed Group Executive Chef Daniele Sperindio presented an innovative degustation menu celebrating this culinary gem. The dinner was paired with wines from the most representative Piemontese winemakers of our time, such as Barolo Bussia Vigna Colonnello 2008 and Barbaresco Bric Turot 1999 from Prunotto, and Bruno Rocca’s Barbaresco Riserva Curra 2012 .
