On July 11, The Peak unveiled a special, limited edition issue to mark its 35th anniversary at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore.

The July 2019 edition spotlights The Future Shapers in Singapore who are leading the way and making an impact in their respective fields. The names of these 20 dynamic individuals, hailing from across business sectors of lifestyle, technology and financial investment, were announced during a black-tie gala dinner event at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, attended by Singapore’s elite business community.

The young individuals featured in this special 35th anniversary issue include Kahchun Wong, the first Singaporean to lead the New York Philharmonic; Rameez Ansar of Circles.Life regarded as the Netflix of telecommunications; Vicky Hwang, managing director of Parkview Group and Chyau Fwu Development Singapore, grand-daughter of the late property tycoon CS Hwang; and John Cheng of Cheng Yew Heng Candy Factory, a traditional family-owned business he was instrumental in innovating, and a strong advocate for sustainable food solutions.
