The Peak, in partnership with Bank of China and Visa Infinite, hosted another eventful installation of the Peak Premier Dinner on 26 October 2017. Guests were treated to a Michelin-starred dining experience at Alma by Juan Amador at Goodwood Park Hotel. The meal was paired with fine examples of Rémy Martin such as the Rémy Martin VSOP and Remy Martin Club cognac. Guests ended the night with Rémy Martin XO cognac paired with a dark chocolate dessert.
