Porsche Club Singapore (PCS) in conjunction with Montblanc held the Timewalker Grand Prix Challenge event on 22nd July 2017 with more than 40 Porsche cars participating in the island-wide Grand Prix Challenge. Inspired by the heritage of the Minerva chronographs and the glory days of vintage automobile racing, the new TimeWalker collection took its victory lap in Singapore since its debut at SIHH 2017.

The afternoon began with the TimeWalker Grand Prix, a 2-hour island-wide treasure hunt.  A convoy of 46 Porsches from PCS raced off from The Fullerton Bay Hotel and drive through iconic locations such as Keppel Bay, Dempsey Hill, HortPark and Sentosa Cove. At each pitstop, participants answered questions relating to the Montblanc TimeWalker collection, and also completed a series of photo challenges.

The day ended with a display of vintage Porsche cars and an evening of cocktails and fireworks at Lantern rooftop bar in The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Seven Generations of the 911 plus special Porsche cars were on display in front of the hotel with rarely seen 356s, early 911s including a 2.7 RS Homage, longhoods, a slopenose, impact bumper 911s, the original Widowmaker, outlaw 911s, an RWB, Water Cooled GT3 and RS cars as well as the rare 4.0.
