On Nov 1, Bank of China and The Peak hosted the Visa Infinite Experience at Mitzo Restaurant & Bar, a G Restaurant Awards 2018 winner serving modern Cantonese cuisine. The dishes that evening were paired with Auchentoshan’s single malt Scotch whisky, an expression that’s distilled thrice to yield a sweeter, smoother pour.
