The Peak along with Bank of China hosted another installation of the VISA Infinite Experience. Bank of China’s privileged guests were treated to a specially crafted five-course dinner in the newly crowned Michelin starred restaurant and G Restaurant Award winner, The Kitchen at Bacchanalia. From Chef Ivan Brehm’s beautiful presentation of the “Carrot” to the crowd’s favorite “Coconut Risotto”, the refreshing menu had everyone in awe.
