chopard traveler singapore luxury watch

“Singapore is a very mature market, with many significant collectors,” says Chopard co-president Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, when we ask him why Chopard is launching a Singapore edition of its first world-time watch. The L.U.C Time Traveler One — Singapore Edition is one of three recently launched country special editions; Beijing and Dubai editions were also recently unveiled. What sets Chopard’s Singapore version apart is the appearance of our country among the 24 names on the watch’s city ring — in red, no less.

Presented in rose gold or steel, the limited-edition chronometer (which means it has COSC-certified accuracy and quality) simultaneously shows the time in 24 different time zones. The Chopard watch is powered by the automatic movement L.U.C 01.05-L, which has a 60-hour power reserve. Its partly satin-brushed case measures 42mm (and wears well even on smaller wrists, thanks to its curved lugs), while its two crowns are engraved with the L.U.C logo and a globe, respectively. This is one fine-looking Chopard companion, wherever you are in the world.
