Louis Vuitton‘s spirit of travel is familiar to manyoften translated through films, collections and engaging pop-ups that inspire wanderlust. The French luxury maison has now reimagined the upper level of its duplex store in Takashimaya Shopping Centre as an oasis getaway in a home.

From now till August 2, embark on “a voyage of discovery in a haven of tropical modernism” via Louis Vuitton’s Savoir Faire Universe. Featuring curated selections of hard-sided trunks, art objects, designer furniture from the Objets Nomades collection, handbags, as well as watches and jewellery that embody the inventiveness and craftsmanship of the house—the Instagram-worthy showcase will shed light on how the house has embraced change and evolved to keep up with the times.

Expect a whimsical journeybeginning on a lush patio and followed by different thematic rooms: a women’s dressing area, a living space, a men’s lifestyle enclave, and an intimate lounge—and a visual treat with exceptional pieces making their debut in Singapore. While we’re not able to travel anytime soon, this is just the fix we need for summer.
