This 282 meters-high restaurant is offering 5 and 7 course menus this year, held at different seatings. Expect indulgent dishes like Loch Fyne Oyster with smoked eel rillette; Mayura Wagyu Oyster Blade 9+; and Glazed Japanese Amadai served with Tarama, pickled black radish, kampot peppercorns and finger lime. End your meal on a sweet note with the Pina Colada fireball, a dark chocolate shell with coconut meringue, and pineapple ice cream all flambeed with rum. For those looking to go all-out, they also offer a 10-course bacchanalia featuring festive ingredients from all over the globe.
The ten-course New Year's Eve in the Plénitude Suite located at Stellar at 1-Altitude is priced at $550++ per pax, with a minimum of 8 pax
The five-course NYE Dinner is available at the first seating (6 to 8.30pm) and is priced at $250++ per pax.
The seven-course NYE Dinner is available at the second seating (8.30pm onwards) and is priced at $420++ per pax; or $460++ for guests who prefer a window seating.

Dine amid a verdant hilltop as you await the NYE countdown at this restaurant set atop Mount Faber. Tuck into modern European dishes like Slow-braised Tajima wagyu rump with uni and pumpkin risotto; or pan-seared garoupa fillet with scallops and cabbage braised with bacon. While dinner service ends at 9pm, you can stay for the countdown ($39 cover charge, with two drinks) at one of the most spectacular views around.

NYE dinner at Jaan sees a 7-course seafood-heavy menu featuring dishes like taskaya oyster with baby lettuce emulsion, Scottish scallop in Iberico pork broth, and Brittany lobster with pink fir potato. There's also a heady Challans duck and foie gras pie; before an oozy truffled brie to end your savouries. The meal ends with an unfussy pear and pistachio crumble, and petit fours to usher in the new year.

The Italian restaurant and lounge will be offering an 6-course menu chock full of luxurious ingredients like Astrakhan Beluga caviar served simply with cream and eggs; and stracciatella-stuffed ravioli with sea urchin and coffee. The mains are equally indulgent, with pan-seared turbot with pomegranate and lentils; and wagyu beef cheeks with porcini, hazelnuts, and truffle. After dinner, head to their Terrace Lounge for a spectacular view of the year-end pyrotechnics.

The two Michelin-starred Waku Ghin has created an extravagant 10-course menu featuring dishes such as Charcoal Grilled Unagi with Foie Gras and Okinawa Spinach; Marinated Botan Shrimp with Sea Urchin and Oscietra Caviar; as well as Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Oscietra Caviar and Butter Sauce. Sweets by executive pastry chef Yasushi Ishino, such as the Peach Compote with Lychee Granita and Champagne Jelly, and the Jasmine Mousse with Kumquat and Chocolate Sorbet, will thrill anyone with a sweet tooth. Come dessert, guests will be ushered into the drawing room, where they get a spectacular view of the Marina Bay area and the fireworks display.
