Chef Tetsuya Wakuda On Sustainability and Managing Food Waste: It's everything

Waku Ghin's reputation as a fine dining restaurant is already sterling, but chef-patron Tetsuya Wakuda casts the spotlight on the lesser-known output from the kitchens: waste.

Sustainability is everything, says Wakuda, and reveals why he thinks so in a short one-minute video clip directed by Nespresso.
The video, highlighting how corporate partners are an important component of larger recycling plans, is one of five Nespresso short films that document how the simple act of recycling the now-ubiquitous Nespresso capsule actually plays a big part. A timely reminder considering World Environment Day just came around (Jun 5).
