Come June, Ash & Elm at the Intercontinental Singapore will play host to a visiting chef known for heading up Hong Kong’s sole Michelin-starred, beef-centric restaurant and steakhouse, Beefbar Hong Kong .
The two-night, five-course dinner affair will span Jun 1 and Jun 2. Beefbar executive chef Andrea Spagoni will be plating up signature dishes alongside one from InterCon’s executive sous chef, Philippe Duc, and a dessert creation by pastry chef Ben Goh.
Ash & Elm has had a strong showing on our annual G Restaurant Awards listings, so it comes with recommendations. The menu, with a bent towards surf and turf, is as follows.
