Fusion mainstay restaurant Morsels is offering a szechuan pepper and peppercorn-rubbed nitrate-free gammon ham this year, which comes with a set that includes other goodies like truffled chicken liver pate, homemade heirloom tomato jam, and a bottle of Domaine Celine & Laurent Tripoz, Cremant de Bourgogne Nature. Don't forget to pick up some of the restaurant's signature pickles and ferments – like the umami-rich oyster mushroom kimchi.

If you want to sample from a wide range of restaurants this holiday season, 1-Group is offering customers the chance to build their own festive bundle with dishes across the group's stable of restaurants. Options abound, including Stellar at 1-Altitude, Summerhouse, and Monti. Meat lovers will appreciate the Christmas menu from the lattermost – a bundle that includes a fatty, meaty cotechino (an Italian-style pork sausage), honey-baked ham, and tender, crisp-skinned porchetta with fig jam and a morello cherry sauce.
