It’s that time of the year again. Other creative items include Curry Turkey Potato Pie topped with puff pastry, Deep-Fried Turkey Roll in Mala Style, Deep-fried ‘Hong Zao’ Turkey Breast Strips with mango and wasabi mayo, and Chilled Smoked Turkey Breast served with beancurd and ikura, and drizzled with Mala Sauce. There’s also a more classic Turkey, Mushroom and Foie Gras Roulade accompanied by roasted potatoes, broccolini and mushroom sauce. 

Besides the celebratory meat dishes, there’s a host of new cakes and pastries to tuck into. For instance, the Assorted Berries Baked Cheese Loaf, Festive Fruity Mousse Cake with apple, lychee and raspberry, and Traditional Christmas Chocolate Log Cake. Christmas at Home with Fairmont  presents a curation of gourmet delicacies for a grand celebration.  The Family Christmas Collection (nine dishes) comprises a Xmas Wreath Salad with endives, heirloom cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls, drizzled with cranberry dressing; wood-fired Roasted Poulet with rosemary jus; and a Juniper Maple Glazed Ham.
