Joining the likes of Jaan and Stellar, Tippling Club is the latest restaurant in Singapore to carry Krug champagne. Its six-course menu pairs champagnes like the Krug 1989 Collection and Clos du Mesnil 2003 with a kingfish carpaccio served with wild mustard from chef-owner Ryan Clift’s rooftop garden. The Krug Experience menu is available for groups of eight to 12 at Bin 38, the restaurant’s private dining room. Reserve a table five days in advance.
