Progressive and modern Cantonese menu meets limited edition French Wines. Readers of The Peak were invited to a specially crafted menu by Chef Nick Ng of Mitzo at Grand Park Orchard, which was paired with The Peak Wine Club wine selection. The wines were handpicked by Three-Michelin-Star Sommelier Nicolas Rebut, who travels around France to curate the best wines.
