Forty-six real estate agents basked in glory on the stage of the Grand Ballroom at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach on May 16.
Known as “Millionaire Achievers”, they represent the creme de la creme of ERA Singapore for the year 2024, ranking among the top 0.5 per cent of the real estate agency’s close to 9,000 realtors.
Together with another 205 “Rising Millionaires” – who are the top 2.8 per cent of the company’s realtors – these top performers were honoured at the fourth annual Millionaires Achievers gala, where The Peak served as the official media partner.
ERA Singapore CEO Marcus Chu paid tribute to the agency’s top-performing real estate agents as well as their family and loved ones.
“Being an ERA Millionaire is a rare distinction,” noted Marcus Chu, CEO of ERA Singapore, ERA Asia Pacific and parent company APAC Realty, addressing the recipients. “This evening is about you and the values we as ERA uphold – grit, humility and the spirit of rising by lifting others.”
This year’s event centred around the theme “Reflections”. Around 300 agents and guests gathered in the elegantly decked out venue featuring an illuminated glass walkway and mirrored surfaces that embodied the evening’s theme.
Chu emphasised the significance of the theme: “Reflections was chosen with intention. Because in every success, it reflects the determination, passion and professionalism that led you to this stage.
“For every success story, there is a heart behind it all. There is a support system that includes families, partners and loved ones who are the unsung heroes and fuel the journey with quiet strength.”
To show their appreciation for their loved ones, Millionaire Achievers presented personalised crystal mementoes to them in a simple but heartwarming ceremony.
Each memento was engraved with a heartfelt message acknowledging the role of support systems in the Millionaire Achievers’ success.
