Singapore-based wealth management company WRISE Group has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across its offices in Singapore, Dubai, and Hong Kong, several of which involve expanded responsibilities of existing WRISE Group members. This is intended to strengthen the company’s leadership bench and capabilities as it scales regionally.
At the centre of this leadership refresh is the appointment of Darren Ng as Group Chief Financial Officer. Ng brings more than two decades of experience in senior roles at global banks including HSBC, Standard Chartered and OCBC, alongside leadership positions in venture capital and private equity–backed conglomerates.
His track record also spans the technology sector, having been a founding C-suite executive at Web3 company UNITE and Group CFO of previously Nasdaq-listed, technology solutions provider noco-noco Inc. In his new role, Ng will oversee the Group’s financial strategy, safeguard fiscal health and drive operational efficiency across WRISE’s global entities. As the group has offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore, and Tokyo, Ng’s experience will be crucial as the firm continues to strengthen its foothold and expand across multiple regulatory and client jurisdictions.
The new appointments involve existing members of the company who saw an expansion of their responsibilities. In Singapore, Jude Lin has been appointed Deputy CEO of WRISE Private Singapore, in addition to his present role as Market Head of Malaysia. With more than 16 years of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) wealth management experience at Bank of Singapore, UBS and Citibank, Lin will work closely with Singapore CEO Kevin Teng to sharpen the firm’s regional growth strategy and deepen penetration in Asia’s rapidly growing UHNW segment, particularly in Malaysia.
Over in Dubai, Pushkin Kapoor has been named Deputy CEO of WRISE Private Middle East, in addition to his ongoing role as Senior Client Partner. Kapoor brings more than 23 years of investment banking and wealth management experience, having advised sovereign wealth funds, UHNW family offices, and major financial institutions across the EMEA region.
In Hong Kong, Ken Wong, who has more than a decade of wealth management experience, will now serve as Deputy CEO of WRISE Prestige Hong Kong alongside his current role as Chief Strategic Officer.
This consolidation of leadership roles reflects WRISE Group’s aim to build a more cohesive and specialised leadership structure across its key markets. The firm is creating closer alignment between strategy, client coverage, and operational execution to support its continued expansion in wealth hubs worldwide.
