The project was led by Zarch Collaboratives and the hotel was designed by local award-winning design agency Asylum, whose extensive portfolio includes fine-dining restaurant Iggy’s and luxury cosmetics brand Escentials boutiques. Pictured: Escentials Paragon boutique

All 37 rooms include elements of the original warehouse design, including double-high ceilings and industrial details. - 05: Made in Singapore
The room furnishings are all locally sourced, including its minibar and decoration. Other decorative materials include traditional rattan and natural leather for an industrial feel. - 06: View from the Top
The rooftop includes an infinity pool, where one can view the Singapore River and the surrounding heritage area of shophouses.

Its restaurant, Po, features a modern Singapore (dubbed ‘mod-sin’) spin on traditional flavours. Its menu was crafted by chef-partner Willin Low, founder of mod-sin establishment Wild Rocket, ranked no. 38 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016.
