Anyone who has felt the pain of leaving his supercar in the blistering sun or a howling monsoon will appreciate Mikea Engineering’s innovative portable shelter. Although the Gazebox is not the first gazebo for cars, it is the pioneer in using UV-resistant polycarbonate panels, and an anchor system with side structures to stabilise it in blustery weather. It also comes with add-ons such as aerators and anti-theft alarms, and in a wide range of dimensions and panel styles. “Think of it as pitching a very secure tent for your car, just with a lot more useful functions,” says Italian creator Roberto Bibiano.

Prices start from 3,000 euros (S$4,500) and go up to 20,000 euros. Available at www.gazebox.it.
