Why would the CEO of one of the most lucrative online retail stores live in a space half the size of a meeting room?

"The rent here is 950 (USD) a month," says Tony Hsieh, the skipper of online shoe and clothing company Zappos. That's the only argument he needs - he's saving a considerable amount on luxuries he does not need.
"I care a lot more about experiences than... stuff," Hsieh quips. He means it. He's got a billion-dollar shoe business and only four pairs of shoes to his name. Oh, and a pet alpaca, just because. Watch the exclusive by ABC News:
