Cheek by Jowl Lunch on Jun 19 to Raise Funds for Aid in Sri Lanka

The restaurant will be rolling out a Sri Lankan menu to share, led by head chef Rishi Naleendra, with all lunch proceeds going to charity organisation Foundation of Goodness.

A good meal for a good cause is an opportunity not to be missed. Modern Australian restaurant Cheek by Jowl will be doing their part to help flood and landslide victims in Sri Lanka through a fundraiser lunch on Jun 19. Head chef Rishi Naleendra, who was formerly from Sri Lanka, and his team will be serving a Sri Lankan menu with short eats (their version of tapas) and four to five main dishes to share. All proceeds of the $80++ meal will go to the Foundation of Goodness, a non-profit non-government organization registered in both Sri Lanka and USA to bridge the gap between the urban and rural sectors of Sri Lanka.
