Authentic Italian Dining

For Western options, make your way to Don Alfonso 1890, a Michelin-starred, family-owned Italian restaurant located in the Palazzo Versace Macau. The interiors are crafted by the high-fashion brand itself.

At the helm is Head Chef Federico Pucci, whose dishes are a celebration of Naples' classic flavours. The menu is crafted with produce straight from the restaurant's own farm, called Le Peracciole,  in Punta Campanella, bringing an authentic Italian flavour to every dish. This means you're getting the best of Italy's San Marzano tomatoes, Nocellara del Belice olives, and Namonte lemons, along with other premium, seasonal ingredients and produce  imported from the region.

The ambiance is as impressive as the food. The restaurant features Italian marble in soothing grey and pink hues, with a stunning Venetian terrazzo floor adorned with rosette and flower motifs. This design is inspired by the historic Versace Villa on Lake Como, and crafted by Italian artisans who use the same traditional techniques found in 18th-century Italian villas. The floor is also sprinkled with the fashion house's signature Barocco motif.

As for the food, Michelin-starred Chef José Avillez’s menu is all about Portuguese classics with a twist. Try the piri piri chicken with sweet potato chips or the roasted octopus with olive oil, garlic, and coriander sauce, served with perfectly crispy roasted potatoes.
