What’s the scariest thing about Halloween — after the ghosts and ghouls? It is the indulgent trail of Halloween-themed food and drinks offered by restaurants and hotels to get diners in the mood for some trick or treating.
We highlight some places where you can tuck into frightfully delicious food this Halloween, which falls on 31 October.

Perched on the 25th floor of Andaz Singapore, Alley on 25 presents a Spooktacular Halloween Lazy Breakfast buffet ($68 per person) on 29 and 30 October. Kickstart your Halloween weekend with a selection of Halloween-themed breakfast main courses, as well as the restaurant’s buffet spreads.
In the spirit of Halloween, feast on the ‘fang-tastic’ Vampire Steak Frites. The juicy Australian Angus striploin steak takes on a sinister look as black truffle jus is poured over it. Meanwhile, the Monster Hamburger is loaded with Australian Angus beef and cheddar cheese that is sandwiched between charcoal buns.
For dessert, get your fright on with the ‘bloody’ red velvet cake, graveyard black forest cake and freaky eyeball macaron.

The well-loved afternoon tea sets from Tablescape gets a Halloween makeover.
