Ron Zacapa Rum and Zuma unveil world first evolving cocktail system Zuma Zacapa Live Solera
The system is set to launch in nine Zuma restaurants around the world from September 2016, with each country featuring a different rum cocktail.

Guatemalan rum company Ron Zacapa and izakaya-style Japanese restaurant Zuma will launch the world’s first evolving cocktail system, the Zuma Zacapa Live Solera, in nine countries beginning September 2016.
The system replicates Ron Zacapa’s Sistema Solera slow aging process originally from Guatemala, which filters rum from barrel to barrel so as to infuse flavours used in seasoning the casks. The nine installations will feature a different cocktail each.
