The Halia in the Singapore Botanic Gardens launches gourmet condiments and dressings for 15th anniversary

European and Asian fusion restaurant The Halia has launched Halia Provisions, a line of gourmet dressings, jams, condiments and pastries in celebration of its 15th anniversary. Most products have appeared on the establishment’s menus, such as the ginger flower dressing used in its signature lemongrass and ginger prawn salad.
