To up the  romance factor, tender cubes of the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu are lightly torched and arranged into the shape of a heart. It is then rolled in seaweed and Hokkaido rice and is served with  uni on the side. The Valentine’s Day Maki is also available for takeaway — perfect for an addition to a picnic under the stars. Take a trip down memory lane with a six-course dinner ($276++  per couple) of comforting Cantonese dishes such as double-boiled chicken soup served with fish maw and maca and the braised ee fu noodles cooked with scallops, egg white and gold flakes . 

Before you tap out from a food coma, save room for desserts like chilled yam paste with coconut ice cream and pistachio. Adding a little sparkle to your evening, a glass of rosé will be served on the house. Available for lunch and dinner from 6 to 14 February.

On Valentine’s Day, tickle your tastebuds with charming  flavours from a sensational six-course experience ($388++ per person). Appetizers such as Mackerel and Oscietra Caviar may open the show, but  the star is the iconic Les Berlingots — pasta parcels filled with French cheese fondue, which is a signature dish of chef Anne-Sophie Pic.
