Stirring up even more excitement surrounding the ongoing UEFA European Championship, Hublot recently refreshed its flagship boutique in Singapore on the first floor of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, and will be hosting a 10-day Hublot Loves Football pop-up at Takashimaya Shopping Centre starting tomorrow.

Apart from the re-opening event last Friday that included a dragon and lion dance ceremony, in attendance was France football idol David Trezeguet, who scored a golden goal during extra time that won Les Bleus the UEFA Euro 2000 trophy. The retired athlete, who now serves as a FIFA ambassador, officially relaunched the store alongside ardent football supporter, Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe, and Michael Tay, group managing director of The Hour Glass, the watch brand's exclusive retailer in Singapore.

Over in Germany, the host nation for UEFA Euro 2024, Hublot is sharing its passion for the sport on and off the pitch. Back for its fifth run in the tournament since 2008, the Swiss luxury watchmaker is represented by the iconic Big Bang-shaped fourth referee board for signalling substitutions and extra time, as well as the Big Bang e connected watch that is designed for and worn by the referees.

Says Guadalupe, "Our love for the game remains as strong as ever. We are proud to have kept time for each of these unforgettable moments. As the Official Watch of the UEFA EURO 2024, our commitment goes beyond loving football; it speaks of loyalty, consistency and enduring excellence. Nearly 20 years of football for Hublot!"

Apart from Trezeguet, other Friends of the Brand include Marcel Desailly, Didier Deschamps, Luis Figo, Ada Hegerberg, Sami Khedira, Roberto Martinez, José Mourinho, Alex Morgan, Hervé Renard, and Gareth Southgate. Hublot's official ambassador is current France forward Kylian Mbappe.

From July 5 to 14, local fans could head to the Hublot Loves Football pop-up at Takashimaya S.C. Level 1 Main Atrium to check out the Hublot Big Bang e Gen3 UEFA EURO 2024 and other related memorabilia. Apart from a 44mm titanium case boasting a sandwich construction invented by the manufacture in 2005, the connected watch features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a rubber strap that can be easily swapped out using the patented One Click system.

Inside, the timepiece houses the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon WearTM 4100+ processor. Notable features include eight different sensors and GPS, bluetooth, wifi, and NFC payment connectivity. Powered with Wear OS by Google, it can be paired with either an Android phone or Apple iPhone. What's even better: It allows the wearer to follow — in real time — the action at the championship. The colours of the screen background and strap can also be changed to match the team you support.
