Lucas Mulliez, the Brand Ambassador for Martell, shared tips on enjoying the perfect glass of cognac with each dish, from appetiser to dessert, and the pairing perfectly highlighted the character of both food and spirit. The Visa Infinite dining experience concluded with an interactive survey on the preferred cognac; the Martell VSOP Aged In Red Barrels on the rocks was crowned the most loved cognac.
