On 30 may, DBS Insignia held an intimate evening with Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen for their cardmembers. With over a decade of experience in creating contemporary Thai interpretations, he presented a one-of-a-kind experiential wine pairing menu exclusively for the event.

Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen is the owner-chef of two restaurants — Kiin Kiin in Denmark and Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, located in Thailand. Thirteen years on, Kiin Kiin remains the only Thai restaurant outside of Thailand to hold a prestigious Michelin star.

Guests also had the opportunity to preview Vacheron Constantin’s outstanding creations.  Guest speaker Peter Chong, a world-renowned watch collector and enthusiast, shared his thoughts on what makes Vacheron Constantin timepieces unique in the luxury watch industry, highlighting the Traditionnelle Twin Beat Perpetual Calendar.
