[dropcap size=small]A[/dropcap]fter its debut run with three-Michelin-star chef Massimiliano Alajamo, Art at Curate will be launching its second of the four-part dining series this year with chef Guy Martin of two-star French restaurant Le Grand Vefour. This second edition will take place from Jul 8 to 15, just a week before the launch of the Michelin Guide in Singapore. Some of Martin’s signature creations such as lobster served warm, melting rhubarb, tomato with ginger and truffle parmentier (a French potato dish) of shredded oxtail will be featured in either a four-course lunch or eight-course dinner.
The event will be held at Curate, Resorts World Sentosa. Prices range from S$240++ for the four-course lunch with wine pairing to S$400++ for the eight-course dinner with wine and champagne pairing.
