The iconic SuperBrunch series by Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, returns on Mar 13 after a year-long hiatus taken by the hotel to work on their two newest restaurants – Colony and Summer Pavilion.

Highlights of the massive brunch party include a seven-metre long seafood bar loaded with fresh lobster, crab, and sea urchin ripe for the picking; wobbly soft-centred eggs bathed in generous shavings of truffle and slabs of pan-fried foie gras; endless serves of crispy Peking duck, and a chocolate and gelato bar that doesn’t stop giving.

There’s also a choice between unlimited pours of Moët & Chandon vintages or Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 – just in case you need to drown out the riot of samba dancers and drummers working the hotel grounds in line with the masquerade carnival theme.
