[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]talian restaurant Il Lido at the Cliff recently launched its seasonal white asparagus menu, which is available until end June. Created by chef-mentor Beppe De Vito and chef de cuisine Simone Fraternali, dishes featured include baked white asparagus with egg Milanese and spring truffles and nettle risotto with white asparagus and Hokkaido scallops.
