Dolce Vita (Italian Restaurant)

As part of the Italian Grand Tour 2014 series, Berry Bros. & Rudd will be presenting a dinner paired with a selection of Italy’s top-rated wines at Dolce Vita in Mandarin Oriental, Singapore on 27 Nov.

Items on the menu include Il Fritto Misto alla Piemontese, a dish of crispy vegetables and meat drizzled with balsamic shallot mayonnaise, paired with an Alberto Graci 2012 Etna Rosso from Sicily and an Maria-Teresa Mascarello 2012 Freisa Cantina Bartolo Mascarello from Piedmont; and a three-way done Wagyu beef with sides of foie gras and morel mushrooms, paired with Davide Rosso 2006 Barolo Cru Cerretta  and a Luca Roagna 2009 Barberesco Paje, both from Piedmont.

The wines will be presented personally by the wine-producers featured that evening, making for an intimate and authentic Italian dining experience.
