Sundays are always better with brunch. But the best kind of brunches are those that come complete with booze.
Rather than the standard champagne brunch (although this option is also available), Manhattan at Regent Singapore is offering Cocktail Brunch every Sunday, starting from August 10. Highlights include an Ingredients Room that holds a carefully-curated selection of cheeses such as Nicasio Washed-Rind Cheese, creamy Mezzo Secco, and a selection of cold cuts, salad and freshly baked mini bagels.
Cocktails are, of course, the star here. We’re keeping our eye on the Bloody Mary cart, a brilliant addition that adds spice to brunch by allowing us to build the popular brunch cocktail just how we like it – tangy, with a kick of paprika and some fresh fruit for garnish.
