Manhattan Bar’s new menu

New food and drink items take reference from New York's Harlem.

Inspired by the lively neighbourhood’s characteristic New York soul food and Southern comforts, The Regent Singapore’s Manhattan Bar has refreshed its menu with five classic craft cocktails with a fresh twist. Here’s what to expect.

Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel_Manhattan_Barber Shop

Barber Shop
Contains: Bowmore 12Y Whisky, St. George Raspberry Liqueur, Hibiscus Syrup, Lime Juice, Cucumber, Mint Leaves and Ginger Beer
Inspired by: Harlem’s local hangouts and the many beauty salons and barbershops that lined the streets.

Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel_Manhattan_Lenox

Contains: Alipus Baltazar Mezcal, Koko Kanu Rum, Luxardo Espresso Liqueur, Pineapple, Lime, House-made Grenadine, Egg White and Peach Bitters
Inspired by: the Lenox Lounge (1939), where many jazz icons, including Billie Holiday, Miles Davis and John Coltrane took stage.

Red Rooster
Contains: House-made Barrel Aged Applejack, St. Germain and Luxardo Sangue Morlacco
Inspired by: Ethiopian-born and Swedish-raised chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster restaurant in Harlem, which is known for the revival of native American cuisine and the diverse culinary traditions of the neighbourhood.

Contains: Ferrand Cognac, Fresh Lemon, Ferrand Dry Curaçao, Simple Syrup and Knickbocker Beer Foam
Inspired by: legendary exhibition basketball team Harlem Globetrotters.

Gin & Juice
Contains: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Maraschino, Simple Syrup, Sea Salt, Egg White and Champagne
Inspired by: Rapper Snoop Dogg’s Gin and Juice single in his debut album Doggystyle.
