[dropcap size=small]S[/dropcap]cottish whisky distillery Highland Park has unveiled the exclusive Highland Park Ice Edition 17 Years. Only 20 bottles out of 30,000 will be available in Singapore. It is the first in a series of two element-related releases, with the Fire Edition to be released in 2017.
The Ice Edition was also recently awarded the highest accolade, the Chairman’s trophy, in the single malt Scotch category at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge, a competitive evaluation for spirits judged by industry professionals, scoring 99 out of a possible 100.
